What is Safeguarding

WHAT IS SAFEGUARDING?

Safeguarding is the protection of children, young and vulnerable adults. It is about protecting those, who may not have a voice otherwise.

At Hayling Christian Centre, we take Safeguarding seriously, and as such are proud to support our staff and volunteers who are passionately serving the local community in a variety of projects.

WHAT ARE WE ACTIVELY DOING?

We regularly provide training opportunities for our staff and volunteers. This is both an introduction for those who have previously not had training and a refresher for those who have.
